POLICIES & INFORMATION

Reservations & Deposits Policy
Shaw Park Beach Hotel & Spa requires a one night deposit in Summer and three nights in Winter to confirm a reservation.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Early Departure Policy
To avoid the late cancellation charges, please notify us as follows: 30 days in advance during the Winter Season (December 21 through April 16 2006), 45 days prior for Christmas and New Year and 14 days prior in Summer (April 4 2005 through December 20 2005). Please note that no deposit refunds will be made for "No Shows."

  • Non-Refundable deposits if cancellation not made within 72 hours
  • 2 Nights Penalty for cancellations not made within 72 hours.
  • 1 Night Penalty for early departures
    
• For Wholesaler Bookings
  • 2 Nights Penalty for No-Shows
  • 1 Night Penalty for early departures
  • 2 Nights Penalty for cancellations not made within 72 hours.

*FIT: Free Independent Traveler who makes his own reservation with the hotel directly.

Attire
Casual wear and shorts are usually worn during the day. Cover-ups are required for breakfast and lunch.

Dinner
Elegant informal wear required. No T-Shirts, shorts and sneakers.

Check-Out/Settling Accounts
Check-out is 12 noon . Should you wish to stay longer, please be sure to make arrangements at the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. All guest accounts must be settled the day prior to departure. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Travelers Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Personal Checks are not accepted.

Transportation
We're happy to provide you with taxi and limousine service at your request and also round trip airport transfers. These services will be at an additional cost.

Proof of Citizenship & Visa
Guests are advised to carry with them a passport, birth certificate, voter registration card, driver's license or an affidavit when traveling. American Citizens will require a valid passport to enter and renter the United States of America.
