All-Inclusive Program

Nightly per person rates are all-inclusive of the following:

• Beachfront accommodations
• Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner
• Unlimited open bar including beer, wine and house brand spirits (Not including bottles of wine and champagne)
• Non-motorized watersports including sunfish sailing, kayaking, and snorkel lessons in the pool
• Intro to SCUBA course
• Fitness Center access
• Manager’s Cocktail Party (Tuesdays)
• Chair and towel service at the beach and pool
• Taxes and service charges

Deposits

Shaw Park Beach Hotel and Spa requires a one-night deposit in the low season (April 17 – Dec. 20) and a three-night deposit in the high season (Dec. 21 – April 16.)

Cancellations

In the event that you need to cancel your stay at Shaw Park, kindly let us know 14 days in advance for low season bookings, 30 days in advance for high season bookings and 45 days in advance for Christmas and New Year’s bookings in order to avoid cancellation charges. Please note that no deposit refunds will be made for “no shows.”

If you must cancel your reservation outside of these time frames, please be advised of the following cancellation charges:

Direct bookings

• Non-refundable deposits for cancellations not made within 72 hours
• Two night penalty for cancellations not made within 72 hours
• One night penalty for early departures

Wholesale / Tour Operator bookings

• Two night penalty for cancellations not made within 72 hours
• Two night penalty for “no shows”
• One night penalty for early departures

Attire

Casual wear is appropriate during the day, and cover-ups are required for breakfast and lunch. Evening attire is island chic. No T-shirts, shorts or sneakers.

Check-out

Check-out is at noon daily. If you would like to request a late check-out, please notify the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. All room accounts must be settled the day prior to departure. Shaw Park Beach Hotel & Spa accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Travelers Cheques and cash.

Transportation

We are happy to provide you with taxi or limousine service or round-trip airport transfer at an additional cost.

Proof Of Citizenship And Visas

Guests are advised to travel with a passport, birth certificate, voter registration card, driver's license or affidavit. U.S. citizens must have a valid passport to travel to Jamaica.
